[1][pts][bodh] I HEAR TELL:

Once upon a time, The Lucky man,
Sāvatthi-town revisiting,
Jeta Grove,
Anathapiṇḍika's Sporting Grounds.

"I will point out to you
the diversity of data, beggars,
give ear,
pay attention,
I will speak!"

And the beggars responding:
"Even so, bhante!"
The Lucky Man said:

"And what, beggars,
are the diverse data?

Form data,
sound data,
scent data,
taste data,
touch data,
mental objects data.

These beggars,
are what are called
the diverse data."
