Notes and Corrigendum
The stock phrase, anupādisesāya nibbānadhātuyā, is here translated: 'in the cool element to which naught attaches' - see pp. 139, 210; at G.S. ii. 124 'in the Nibbāna-state wherein naught remains behind at Dial. ii. 117 'in that utter passing away in which nothing whatever is left behind'; and at Dial. iii. 127 'without any condition of rebirth remaining.'
