"Bhikkhus, abandon desire and lust for form.
Thus that form will be abandoned, cut off at the root, made like a palm stump, obliterated so that it is no more subject to future arising.
"Abandon desire and lust for feeling ... for perception ... for volitional formations ... for consciousness.
Thus that consciousness will be abandoned, cut off at the root, made like a palm stump, obliterated so that it is no more subject to future arising."
