The Place to Pace

Translated from the Pali

[1][pts][agku][bodh] Five, Beggars, are the advantages associated with using the Place to Pace:

What five?

Lengthened life.[1]

Enduring energy.[2]

Little illness.

Getting optimum digestion of what is eaten, drunk, consumed, tasted.

Serenity got pacing is long-lasting.

[1] Addhānakkhamo. PED: Path, road, or Journey, but also time. Time-enduring, lasting, hardening. The other translators settle on 'conditions for travel'.

[2] Padhānakkhamo.
