When researching these terms, mentally add the word "mula" (root) to the end of each, and, of course, remember:

Recognize the concept for what it is. Recognizing the concept for what it is, make conscious what you know about it, and then: Train yourself to not think about it. Train yourself to not think of it in whatever ways you used to think of it. Train yourself to not think in terms of "My" with regard to it. And train yourself to take no delight in it.

How come?

Because that way you may come to fully understand it, that's how come.
